Where the Company identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

2.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

zs333 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit:

• A clear copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC);
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and mobile number);

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by zs333 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction.

4.1 Deposits

zs333 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may be amended by the Company at any time with reasonable notice. All deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of the transaction.

zs333 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The Company is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The Company targets processing times of five to thirty minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) and up to two business days for bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), though these timelines are not guaranteed and may vary.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus balances or winnings derived from bonuses that have not been claimed or wagered before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.

All bets and wagers placed on zs333 are final once confirmed. The Company does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where a manifest error has occurred (see Section 6.2 below).

6.1 Game Rules
